About

When I was 27, I experienced a traumatic accident resulting in the amputation of my left hand and forearm. Since then, I’ve had to relearn almost every life skill, including self-care, preparing food, hobbies, and even using a computer. While there are some great books and resources available on these topics, I found myself wishing for a community of people who understood the grief, frustration, and exhaustion of finding a way forward after a traumatic life change.

My hope is to share some of the practical skills I’ve learned as well as my journey toward embracing my new reality with hope and optimism. If you have questions or need support for whatever you’re going through, please reach out on any post or via email at pagewritingpages@gmail.com.
